People interested in expanding their horizons would find the 'K' Sonar very helpful. Users must learn to interpret the sounds produced by the device, a process that's not immediate but doesn't take long. Those chirps become a language. I was able to perceive my world more sharply. Once, I noticed raindrops passing in front of the device, producing short, quick noises as they fell. I was using a hand-held sonar device to examine my back yard when a bird landed on a wire. The device began emitting tones, and I could tell where the bird was and how it moved. I even noticed the quivering of the wire.
